Trevi Village

Trevi Village Senior Living Community will be a premier retirement destination for Charlotte and its neighboring residents, who seek an intimate setting, yet also desire to be part of a vibrant mixed-use community. 

The retirement community will be an anchor component of the 45-acre Trevi Village mixed-use development in northeast Charlotte. The architecture will be a consistent vernacular of old world, Tuscan-style buildings with intimate pathways connecting its mix of amenities and services to create a unique destination-like experience. 

Phase One of the retirement community will include 188 independent living apartments and requisite resident amenities. The next phase will include 32 assisted living and 20 memory care apartments which provide a continuum of living and future care for the residents of the community. 

Amenities will offer multiple dining options, exercise and fitness facilities, chapel, activity rooms, living areas, and a library. Stepping into these spaces, residents will feel a sense of old-world charm paired with modern brightness. Crisp, white walls and soft neutrals contrast pleasantly with darker, rich woods and striking blue greens. In each space, there are features familiar to the Mediterranean, from arched openings to pops of terracotta texture. A familiar comfort will envelop residents, making them feel at home, while unique details transport residents to an elegant destination. Flowing from the amenity space are two outdoor courtyards framed by the buildings providing separate active and tranquil environments.
