Radius Dilworth

Radius Dilworth is composed of 2 buildings; a 26-story high-rise, The Overlook, and an 8-story mid-rise, The Enclave.  626 units tucked into the dense canopy of oaks on Morehead Street will rise high above the oaks with commanding downtown views while simultaneously embedded in the context of the pedestrian-friendly Dilworth community. The Overlook’s design aesthetic combines a downtown-facing, all-glass urban expression with a Dilworth-facing companion language, patterned to reflect residential and pedestrian scale with the charm of Dilworth. The design strives for understated elegance by drawing from hospitality design to address a more sophisticated resident.
