Once a 19,000 sf car dealership off Oakland Ave in Rock Hill, this adaptive reuse project will revitalized the bow string truss building with a new look and function moving forward. Designed for flexibility, the refresh will include new storefronts, parking lot and the removal of a single bay of roofing to create a unique indoor/outdoor plaza.
