The project, located in the eclectic Montford park neighborhood of Charlotte NC. Is the first phase of residential development in the repositioning of a late 60’s office park. Replacing the sea of asphalt parking that once served the adjacent office buildings, the project includes 288 units on 5 floors and a precast parking parking deck that will serve residents as well as the office users. Simple clean lines, bold colors and a one of a kind black brick reflect the mid-century feel of one of Charlotte’s most unique neighborhoods.
