BellaAge Hickory

BellaAge Hickory will be an age-restricted, middle-market, rental apartment community located in downtown Hickory, North Carolina. This community will have 95 one- and two-bedroom, well-appointed apartments, and a secured, covered parking deck within a new construction, five-story building. A sky bridge on level 2 will connect to an adjacent two-story renovated building (former Mull Building) that will house additional amenity spaces including exercise & fitness, activities room, library, demonstration kitchen, private dining, living areas, and conditioned storage facilities available to residents.

Being built on a small urban site, the creative inclusion of outdoor space was important for residents. A large elevated activity terrace is located on level 2, and a separate indoor/outdoor sky lounge will anchor the top floor, overlooking the active downtown scene.

Architecture embraces urban contemporary style, with detailing and colors that blend in with historic downtown Hickory. Interior design takes on similar vernacular while also embracing the Mull Building’s unique history, with refinished, original existing wood floors, exposed ceilings, and original interior brick maintained with historic murals.
