Set in the robust developing Southend district in Charlotte, North Carolina, 2100 South Tryon adopts a modern industrial aesthetic responding to the manufacturing history of the corridor. At 80,000 square feet, 2100 is intended to be a new benchmark for blue-chip officing and a new home for ‘creatives’, combining fluted galvanized panel with contrasting slick metal panel & rich, red brick with black mortar. The hard corner aesthetic is a play on site geometry and a ‘bend’ to downtown Charlotte views.
