The Project, located in Savannah, Georgia, is situated in the Historic District subject to strict local design requirements. The project was well received as a thoughtful new construction project that fits well within the context of the neighborhood without resorting to faux historical design language. It includes new construction of a 4-story mixed use building with 81 apartment units, retail spaces, and covered parking of approximately 91,000 sf. Amenities include a Leasing Office, Fitness Area, and Roof Top Lounge.
