Context-driven by the immediate adjacent historic demographic & artistic community, Grant Park multifamily aspires to be the next great neighboring addition to this long-time historic part of South Atlanta. Rich with roots in the arts scene, Grant Park is imbued with local artist’s work in murals and visual inspiration. With two offerings on the site; 230 multifamily flats & 16 two-story, tuck-under townhomes, the design solution blends the aggregate massing to assimilate to the scale of the neighboring single family district.
